Company Policies
At PoshH Skin & Laser, we are committed to clearly communicating the terms that apply to every purchase. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made in person, online, through the PoshH app, or by payment link.
Services
Completed services are final and non-refundable.
Aesthetic and laser treatment results vary by customer and cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with an individual result does not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.
Laser treatment is intended to reduce hair growth. It does not guarantee permanent hair removal, that hair will never return, or that a specific result will be achieved within a certain number of sessions.
Results may be affected by skin type, hair type, treatment consistency, hormones, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, and the treatment area. Hormonal conditions, including PCOS, may cause continued or new hair growth. Additional sessions or ongoing maintenance may be recommended.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
